Sugar 450 g
Zhelfix 2: 1 1 pack
Ground cinnamon (optional)

Cooking method

  • We wash the gooseberries and punch them in a blender without peeling the tails.
  • We wipe everything through a sieve - I have a sieve attachment for Kenwood, I wiped everything very well and quickly.
  • Red gooseberry jam
  • We place the resulting mixture in a saucepan and put on fire. Mix a pack of zhelix with 2 tablespoons of sugar and add to the mixture, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and then pour in the rest of the sugar. Bring it to a boil again, cook for 2-3 minutes, at the end I added a pinch of ground cinnamon, then pour it into a sterilized jar and the jam is ready. I did not sterilize the can further, but simply put it in the refrigerator.
