"Jellied" pizza in our way, or jellied open pie.
A simple pizza has little toppings, but ours has a LOT!
Jellied pizza our way.
Dough:
Egg 1 pc, salt 2/3 tsp, sugar 1-1.5 tsp, plant. oil 2 tbsp. l., water or milk + water (I have milk powder) warm 2 glasses (depends on the required amount of dough), flour, dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Filling:
2 onions, cabbage, zucchini, salt, spices, herbs (basil, dill, parsley, fennel), plant. oil.
Sausages, tomato, herbs, hard cheese, mayonnaise sauce (I have creamy garlic).

We knead a chatterbox from a small amount of water (or mixture), sugar, flour, yeast. Cover, set aside.
Pour oil into a cartoon or a frying pan, turn it on. We cut the onion - throw it in, let it grill over medium heat. We cut the cabbage, three zucchini on a grater, add to the onion. Fry until tender, but not for long.
While vegetables are being fried. Add the remaining ingredients to the chatterbox. We knead the dough like pancakes but more abruptly. Cover, set aside. The filling is ready, open the lid - let it cool down a little.
Meanwhile, we cut sausages, tomatoes, herbs, three cheese. You can improvise if you wish. Add mushrooms, bulg. pepper, and remove something.
We take a baking sheet with high sides. Slightly growing. smear the oil. We spread the dough, evenly distributing it over the surface. Fried vegetables. Squeezing a little along the perimeter, so that the dough would rise a little like sides. Top with sauce, sausage, herbs, tomatoes (mushrooms, peppers). We put in the oven 150 gr. (I have electr. top + bottom heating) for about 30 minutes. We look how the sides of the dough begin to brown a little. Sprinkle with cheese. Top heat as the cheese melts.
The pie turned out to be very juicy and tasty.
