Cauliflower in milk-cheese-egg filling

Ingredients

Cauliflower 1 small fork
Egg 1 PC
Milk 1 glass
Butter 30 g
Salt pinch
Flour 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Grated hard cheese 50 g

Cooking method

  • Disassemble the cauliflower into cocks, boil in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, drain into a colander and dip directly in a colander into cold water for a couple of minutes. Allow excess water to drain.
