Cooking method

  • Add the rest of the butter (butter is soft) and beat for a few minutes.
  • Add gelatin and beat too.
  • Syrup:
  • Mix sugar and water and bring to a boil.
  • You can add alcohol, syrup, or nothing.
  • Assembly:
  • Cut the biscuit in half.
  • Put one part in a mold covered with foil or put on a split ring.
  • Soak in syrup.
  • Spread out 2/3 of the cream.
  • Cut the kiwi into rings.
  • Put the rings in the cream.
  • Cover with the other half of the cake.
  • Lubricate with cream.
  • Decorate with kiwi.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the cream hardens completely (overnight).
  • Get it.
  • Remove the ring, take out, remove the film.
  • Rub the chocolate on top or cut into thin shavings using a vegetable peeler.
