Ingredients

cherries 1500 g
powdered sugar 350 g
rose wine 200 ml

Cooking method

  • The last placers of cherries ... I saved a little to prolong the feeling that there is still a whole summer ahead!
  • Remove the seeds from the cherry. We put it in a blender and beat for literally 3 minutes.
  • Add wine, icing sugar. I added a little cherry tincture besides wine. Mix and send to the freezer or ice cream maker.
