Cooking method

  • I bring to your attention a dish from Mexican cuisine, why à la, I think that real Mexicans are unlikely to roll meatballs :)))!
  • In this recipe, I have combined my family's love for Meatballs and Chili con carne ...
  • So let's get started. Here's what you need to prepare this delicious dish.
  • Meatballs a la Mexico
  • First, make the meatballs.
  • Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onions, eggs, spices. Add bread soaked in water and squeezed out (I add it for softness, if you don't want, you can not add it).
  • We mix everything well and roll the meatballs. I put the finished meatballs on a plate greased with vegetable oil, so it is easier to add them later to the dish.

Scarlett
Trishka, yummyaaaa !!!! And tell me, be a friend - what do you have in the composition of Mexican spices ... well, at least approximately
Trishka
Scarlett, Tanyusha, thank you for visiting!
You know, you don't have to add this spice mixture, I somehow bought it for Tacos. This is my amateur performance, so to speak.
But, if you're interested, here's the composition:
Salt, onion, starch, pepper, cumin, garlic, oregano, natural flavors (poultry, meat), greenhouse extract, yeast extract ... and some other hard to pronounce byaki 2 pcs. ...

Called Taco Seasoning for Mexican food by Santa Maria.
Scarlett
: mail1: onion, pepper, caraway seeds, garlic, paprika, oregano (as well as Provencal herbs) are not tolerated Everything IS !!!!! Tomorrow I will meet my husband from duty with a Mexican dish .... I bake some more cakes, don’t dunk them, I’ll represent a salad. A decent Mexican housewife.
Trishka
Well, then I'm waiting!

Trishka, Ksenia is a wonderful recipe. I didn’t cook anything Mexican except burrito, but I really wanted “mexico”. I read it and really liked it, I will definitely cook it. Moreover, peppers and tomatoes and hot peppers have grown of their own. But there is no white house wine. What should I buy? or do it?
Bridge
Soooo ...do not forget to buy beans ... A colorful dish,Ksyusha.
Scarlett
Trishka, I did it! Everything was VERY TASTY !!!!! I did without wine - I didn't want to open the bottle, but still it smelled of mexico in the house Husband dipped the sauce with cakes, even refused the side dish
Trishka
degteva, Natus, try this delicious!
Yes, I think without wine Mona!
Trishka
Bridge, Natasha, yeah, but very tasty!
Try it, I think you will like it, you can eat it without a side dish, ideally with tortillas!
Trishka
Scarlett, Tanyusha, what a clever girl you are, you've already cooked it!
It's great that we liked it !!!
NatalyMur
Trishkawhat a beautiful recipe! And the design, and the ease of preparation, and I present an amazing taste!
Trishka
NatalyMur, Natasha, thanks for the praise!
I hope that you will like it not only in appearance, but also in taste!
NatalyMur
Ksyushenka, we've been sort of on a vegetarian diet lately, albeit with dairy products. But I have the right to admire! But I will definitely give the recipe to Mom.
Trishka
In, like, but let my mother pamper herself at least!
Florichka
Very tasty, they loved chili con carne, and with meatballs it is more interesting than with minced meat. By the way, my friend's father-in-law, an American of Italian (Sicilian) origin, makes spaghetti bolognese with meatballs. I remembered looking at your recipe.
Trishka
Florichka, Irisha, thank you for your attention!
Yes, my child also likes meatballs more, although they are delicious in every way!
To me on "you" !!
Bridge
Ksyusha, I really like your saucepan. Is it cast iron?
Trishka
Bridge, Natus, nope, not cast iron, this was a gift, she is Teflon, with a thick bottom!
degteva
Trishka, Ksyusha, I made them for dinner. She did not live up to the Mexican dish with spiciness, was afraid to add more chili, and when they sat down to eat it was no longer before adding chili, they could not tear themselves away. Made without wine, served with a flat cake. I can't say what we will do all the time, but the recipe is quite useful to diversify the dinners. Thank you
