Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients

Milk 3.5% fat 1.2 l
Round rice 200 g
Vanilla sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Ready meringue 50 g
Strawberry jam and strawberry for serving

Cooking method

  • Rinse the rice, pour over milk, add vanilla sugar and cook, stirring for 30 minutes until thickened. Refrigerate.
  • Put chilled rice in portioned bowls, add 1 tbsp. l. strawberry jam, sprinkle with crumbled meringue and strawberries.
  • Serve chilled.
