Rolls of tuna and fresh champignons with capers in romaine lettuce leaves

Ingredients

Romaine salad 2 sheets
Canned tuna. 1 can
Fresh champignons 4-6 pcs.
Capers 1 tbsp. l.
Green onion 1 bundle
Cherry 6 pcs.
Yoghurt nature. 2 tbsp. l.
Mustard 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare a dressing from yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix tuna with chopped mushrooms, onions and capers, spread over lettuce leaves, pour over with dressing and garnish with chopped cherry tomatoes. Bon Appetit!
