ground black pepper taste
fresh garlic 3-4 cloves
Bay leaf 1-2 pieces

Cooking method

  • Wash and dry the fat.
  • Crush or grate the garlic.
  • Rub the bacon very well with salt.
  • Top with pepper and garlic.
  • Roll up and tie with twine.
  • Put in the refrigerator for a day.
  • Put the bacon in a baking bag.
  • Put bay leaf there. You can pour a couple of tablespoons of water (I do not pour).
  • Tie the sleeve.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. periodically flip on different sides.
  • Get it. Allow to cool.
  • Put in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
