At first it seemed very sweet - but I tried it not yet ready, I took the juice from sweet apples, my mother adds only a tablespoon with a slide for 3 liters of sugar, and I added only 350 g of sugar to 12 liters of kvass. But during the night it was processed and in the morning it was the very thing, especially since we love sweet kvass. Now I will focus on juice when adding sugar.
