Ingredients

Yeast-free puff pastry 250 g
Carrot 1 PC.
Zucchini 1 PC.
Eggplant 1 PC.
Egg 1 PC.
Soft curd cheese 150 g
Hard cheese 50 g
Lemon zest 1 tbsp. l.
Nutmeg pinch
Ground basil 1 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Olive oil. 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

I baked from shortcrust pastry (I have no luck with the store puff pastry - everything is not right, but I myself have not tried to knead yet) I cut vegetables on the Bernere - then I marinated them for about 5 minutes with herbs, salt and mustard oil - it doesn't take longer as the vegetables start give juice and sour. I put another quarter of a garlic clove in the curd cheese. I love basil too. For me, the taste of dry basil opened up for 2 days.
And the presentation is generally original! I am already silent about the taste
