Chicken fillet tart and zucchini

Ingredients

zucchini (zucchini) young medium 3 pieces
chicken fillet 260 gram
turnip onion large 1 piece
chicken egg 7-8 pieces
hard cheese 120 grams
green onion taste

vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken fillet into slices. Fry lightly on both sides and cut into strips.
  • Cut the zucchini (zucchini) into strips or cubes. I rubbed with a Berner grater.
  • Zucchini (quickly fry the zucchini until golden brown in portions.
  • Cut the onion into half rings. Fry.
  • Grate the cheese.
  • Mix zucchini, onion, meat. Season with salt, add spices and herbs.
  • Beat the eggs with a mixer without fanaticism.
  • Mix with cheese. Add salt if necessary.
  • Lubricate the form.
  • Pour half of the egg and cheese mixture onto the bottom.
  • Pour the vegetable and meat mixture on top.
  • Pour over the remaining eggs.
  • Put to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  • Baking for 30-35 minutes.
  • We get it. Let stand a little in shape and turn over onto a dish.
  • Serve warm with sour cream or eat cold.
