Ingredients

butter (margarine) 250 grams
powdered sugar 50 grams
leavening agent 0.5 tsp
wheat flour / grade 250 grams
milk (sour cream) 1-2 tbsp. spoons
vanilla taste
chocolate 50 grams
cream (sour cream) 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Beat butter (margarine), add powdered sugar. Beat until creamy.
  • Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla.
  • Add to oil mixture. Stir without fanaticism.
  • Add milk or sour cream.
  • The dough should be soft, pliable so that it can be squeezed out of a pastry bag or syringe.
  • Place the cookies on a lined baking sheet.
  • I made sticks.
  • Bake at 180-190 degrees until browned (about 10-12 minutes).
  • Break the chocolate.
