  • Chocolate is a complete food, a delicacy and a mood enhancer!
  • I suggest you parmesan and rucola chocolate sauce for breakfast.
  • For the sauce, pour water, balsamic vinegar into a saucepan, add sugar and half of the grated Parmesan. Cook over medium heat until the cheese is completely dissolved.

  • Now we dry the slices of bread in the oven preheated to 170 * C or in any way convenient for you.
  • Put 1-2 teaspoons of the sauce on the cooled croutons, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan flakes and arugula.

  • Serve with a cup of coffee. The mood is guaranteed for you in the morning!

Mmm ... Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate!
What an interesting combination with arugula ... On occasion, you will need to make a couple of pieces for testing.

You can just attach it to a sandwich, just a suitable occasion - a holiday of chocolate!
Thank you, Galinkathat dropped in!

We'll have to try.

And this is the right decision, Varvara! I hope there will be no disappointments ...
kolobashka
No disappointment, but clearly not mine. Rucola separately, chocolate separately.
MariS
kolobashka, the main thing is to try everything that interests you ... In this recipe, chocolate and cheese play an important role - their quality. I really love to find new flavor combinations and having tried it once, I come back again and even then I draw a conclusion. And of course, everyone has their own sandwich!
