Leek (white part) 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Potato 4 things.
Celery stalk 1 PC.

0.5 tsp
Salt, black pepper

Cooking method

  • Preparation
  • Dice the potatoes and carrots.
  • Chop the white part of the leek.
  • Cut the celery into cubes.
  • Cut the fish into cubes ~ 2x2cm.
  • Preparation
  • Switch on baking mode.
  • Melt the butter in a slow cooker. Add the onion and fry until transparent. ~ 7-10 minutes
  • Add carrots, potatoes and lightly fry. ~ 5 minutes.
  • Turn on the steam cooking mode, set the time to 20 minutes.
  • Pour in 1 liter of water,.
  • When 10 minutes have passed (10 minutes remain on the display) add celery, green peas, fish, season with salt and seasonings. After 5 minutes, pour milk into the soup. When the cooking time is over, leave it on the heat for about 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with dill as desired.

Note

I recommend a very tasty soup, I cooked it on the stove for a long time, as I bought a multicooker, I immediately tried it in it, it turned out tastier. I won't say that much faster or less fuss :). If more experienced multi-cookers can help you calculate the time to cook everything in the stewing mode, I will be grateful :).

And if you take cream instead of milk?
Red mercury
She asked herself, she answered!
Cream does not spoil at all, I took 10% Vologda.
I did it not on a double boiler, but for 1 hour on stewing.
Great soup!
Prank
In general, I take what is there and there was cream and sour cream diluted and even processed cheese curds a couple of times.
I'll try to extinguish.

And I add cream and processed cheese! Just before that, I take out the fish and beat everything in mashed potatoes. And at the end + fish, + crackers and green tea ...

Interestingly, I'll have to try.

Only 1 hour on stewing - not too much? Maybe 40 minutes will be enough?

It seems to me a lot)
It took me a couple less time than the author described
Here: 20 minutes + 15 on heating. First 10, then 5. Then 5 more to the end and heating 15.

I have 20 minutes: first 7, then 5. Then with milk for another 8. Without heating Everything was boiling there. The food pieces are small. I added less water, so that for 1 time, more saturated (2 tbsp. Water + 1 tbsp. Milk). Well, that's enough.)
