Ingredients

Strawberry 600 g
Shortbread cookies 125 g
Butter (room temperature) 75 g
Curd cream cheese 200 g
Powdered sugar 50 g
Orange 1 PC.

Gelatin 6 g
Boiled water (cold) 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grate the zest from the orange and set aside, then cut it in half and squeeze the juice.

  • Cut the rest of the strawberries in half, put them in a saucepan - I used a multicooker and cooked on the "Multicook" mode at 100 degrees for 3 minutes. Add sugar and orange juice, stir, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Using a blender, grind in mashed potatoes and leave to cool.
  • Soak gelatin in 2 tbsp. l. cold boiled water and lemon juice. Leave to swell for 30 minutes, then melt, I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. at a power of 750 W.
  • Using a blender, grind the cookies and butter and place on the bottom of the portion rings about 0.5 cm high Strawberry curd dessert... I used 4 rings, which I put on a wooden board covered with parchment.
