Juicer Steba E160

She has a German test already done - 🔗
and the Russian test - 🔗

Well, so I decided to try it, because the juicer is in great demand in my country house. Before that, I had our domestic juicer born in 1976. Therefore, when I opened it, I was pleasantly surprised by the sooooo wide neck and ease of use. During operation, it turned out that she does everything just instantly! I can't wait for the apples to ripen. I usually run 50-70L of apple juice for cider and champagne. And before, most of the time was occupied by cutting apples. Now this operation is not needed at all!
Linadoc
Here's my first test. I've had a bunch of honeysuckle this year. I decided to try the juicer on it. I had 990g of berries. I just turned on the juicer at 2 speed and added the berries. After 40 seconds, I had everything ready:
Juicer Steba E160
It turned out about 400 ml of juice and 590 g of pulp. Actually, it is unrealistic to get more from soft berries. Here is such a thick:
Juicer Steba E160
In 200ml of juice, I added 100ml of cream and 1 tbsp. l. Sahara.I ended up with such a divine and terribly healthy cocktail:
Juicer Steba E160
From the remaining 200ml of juice and 100g of extracts, I made a liqueur. The filling turned out to be light, but extremely tasty (and effective liqueur). Withstood it for 7 days and came to visit her. Delight knew no bounds, purchased wine was resting in a corner:
Juicer Steba E160

I also used the remaining extracts as intended - I baked a sweet cake with honeysuckle in Princess. It turned out to be very convenient to use squeezes - the dough was not soaked at all, but the cake turned out to be extremely tasty and was eaten in 10 minutes:

Linadoc,
I want this too !!!
Linadoc
Elena, I was just amazed at its speed and convenience! I will publish another test tomorrow.

Linadoc, what is the price for this gadget?
yudinel
Linadoc, I will follow Temko.
Linadoc
Dmitriy, the price is on the Comfort-maximum website 🔗

Linadoc, the site of Comfort is not working now ..
Linadoc
A month ago, it cost 8.5 thousand.

I continue to test. I decided to make tomato juice. I took not very successful tomatoes - pink and watery (there are none of our own). But the result is still pleasing. So, I took 786g of tomato, 3 cloves of garlic, a bunch of dill, half a chili pepper.
Juicer Steba E160
First, I threw in pepper, garlic and a bunch of dill, and then tomatoes.
Thanks to the wide throat, I threw the whole tomatoes:
Juicer Steba E160
It all took 48 seconds. It turned out about 500 ml of tomato juice and 290g of pulp:
Juicer Steba E160 Juicer Steba E160
I note right away that although the juicer coped with the dill without problems, there were rather long stems in the pulp. And since I used the pulp as a ready-made pizza filling (I just added ham, olives and cheese), it turned out to be not very convenient. Therefore, I advise you to still cut the greens before scrolling. Well, here's the result (added lovage twigs):

Linadoc, thanks for the review! Congratulations! I also thought about this, only the costs are coming soon, it is necessary to set priorities.
Linadoc
Dmitriy, Thank you! But I have just started, because cabbage, cucumbers, zucchini, black and red currants, plums, pears and apples are waiting for me (all my own) And I make a lot of apple juice - for cider and champagne. Then I’ll part with it in full.

S-t, good but not enough! We must show it in action. How she squeezes juice from apples, like from tomatoes, potatoes, etc.
Linadoc
I continue reporting. Now melon juice with apple. There were 1085g of melon, added 90g of apple. The result is 830 ml of juice.

See:
Bc6fdd0MZ8E

The juice completely went into the wine. I made jam from the pomace.
Linadoc
Then I collected 2930g of gooseberries, the juice yield is 1600ml. The juice also went into wine. Which is very convenient, since all the bones remained in the sieve, and the juice came out clarified. The bones were consumed with pleasure by the hens.

Here is a photo of a gooseberry: everything overflowed
Juicer Steba E160

And here is the result - 9 liters of wine (raspberries, melons, gooseberries), all the seeds remained in the sieve, and there is pure juice in the tank:

I continue to test the juicer. I ran raspberries at the 1st speed like a "soft fruit", there was an accumulation of juice in the squeezes. Therefore, I twisted all the raspberries twice. It took a few seconds longer, but the juice yield increased by about a third. However, as I understand it, this is a common occurrence for soft berries on centrifugal juicers.
But the main test came suddenly. A large branch broke under the weight of apples during a thunderstorm. I felt sorry for the apples and, although they were completely unripe, I still collected them all and decided to put them in wine. The shorter apples were 11 kg. I just collected them, washed a few dusty ones and just like that, I played them whole! I filmed only the first 750ml of juice, which took a little less than 2 minutes, then I just twisted it into a saucepan. All 11kg were rolled in 12 minutes of net time! Every 2.5 minutes I had to shake out the cleanings (absolutely dry, by the way). And this is the only thing that slowed down the process. The pulp went mostly to freezing for compotes and other culinary delights, some went to the pie, and some, along with the leaves, to tea. The result is 7L 220ml of juice from unripe apples in 12 minutes (no foam, the children dared to foam)! At the same time, I just picked the apples, threw them one at a time into the juicer and took out the pulp.Just super! I'm sooo happy.

Linadoc, I just wanted to write what we have with the juices, but I'm looking at you already here))
Linadoc
Maria, Mash, she's super, I made so many juices for wine and cider just in minutes without cleaning, just delight. A tank of 10 liters in 15 minutes, just assemble and scroll, EVERYTHING! I make ice cream for compote, for pies and for stewing meat and chicken. I am very satisfied.
Linadoc
I continue reporting.
In short, my raspberry wine is already in bottles, and this is currant-apple and apple-pear-black chokeberry according to this recipe... Now cider put:

I made from push-ups hemostatic granules, pomace sauce, Fiber Granules And Cinnamon Apple Chips.

But for this recipe I needed plum juice. I only had unripe yellow plums. Removing the seeds from these plums, to put it mildly ... well, very difficult. So I just threw them, with bones! They all flew out themselves:
Juicer Steba E160 Juicer Steba E160
And there was nothing more to squeeze out.
Conclusion - this juicer ooooooo reduces the time for preliminary preparation of fruits and vegetables ... in other words, they only need to be washed (and even then not always).
Masinen
Linadoc, Linochka, you are great! Needlewoman! I have no words!

I continue reporting.

Linadoc
Well, here's another report. I did cider, in general, I drove 23 liters of juice in 34 minutes with stops for cleaning from the squeeze! I just threw apples and that's it. The squeezes then mostly went there:

Sweet preparation from fruit pomace (Linadoc)

Juicer Steba E160

But I noted that with a large amount of juice, the foam-puree clogs the drain hole. It turned out that there is a partition, everything is deposited on it. I don’t know if it’s really needed or the Germans don’t twist such volumes, but it bothers me. So I took a picture of it:
Juicer Steba E160

I had to disassemble and rinse everything after about every 4-5 liters. I still apple champagne if it gets in the way, I'll drink it.
francevna
Linadoc, Linochka, just saw this topic, you have a great helper. Greatly tested. For large volumes, that's what you need.
Linadoc
Alla, but I wrote repeatedly. Vesch! Reliable German woman!
Irgata
A wonderful centrifugal screw auger to help her. Wet cake after centrifugation in the auger, and only seeds and skins for the hens, and the mashed potatoes are ready at the exit. Lina, I enjoy reading your household topics Delight for the zealous host live with such hostess

And I scrolled some berries, such as raspberries and blackberries, twice. A matter of seconds. The juice was added by a quarter to a third, and the cake was added to the hens, and to the dryer with granules for tea.
Masinen
Linadoc, so you broke this membrane or left it?
Linadoc
I left it for now. I'll see next year how it will interfere. But it still interferes, a lot gets hammered into it and it is necessary to rinse it. Apparently, it is not designed for such volumes.
Masinen
Well, break it down, especially since you always do a lot.
She does not bear any burden on herself.
Linadoc
Yes, I’ll break it, it’s definitely superfluous!
Linadoc
The new season has begun! Hurrah!
I've done a lot already, but this is just the beginning! I already wrote that I am completely satisfied with this juicer. She squeezes out the juice when you need juice, but you can also get mashed potatoes if you need mashed potatoes.
Here's how I just do now jam "preventive"... Well, I do not like to stand to wipe the mass to separate the bones, and I have no time. Now I am making it with a juicer. I have a yellow "pineapple" raspberry, a lot of it. I collected a bucket. Part of it was used for jams, part for concentrate, part for frozen compote. But there are not many red currants. Therefore, the ratio in jam turned out to be this: 1200 g of raspberries and 460 g of red currants. I unscrewed the raspberries three times at the 3rd speed, it took 6-7 minutes, everything. And I got 850 ml of puree juice! I think this is an excellent result. The bones were 356g. Separately, I scrolled red currants, got 280 ml of juice, 136 g of seeds and skins. I also scrolled at the 3rd speed three times. It took about 5 minutes.
Juicer Steba E160 Juicer Steba E160 Juicer Steba E160 Juicer Steba E160
Juices-puree combined, added "Zhelfix" 1: 2 and sugar 600g.I put the ready-made mixture to cook, along the way, removing the foam, I got an excellent by-product - raspberry mousse, strong. I went for ice cream. Well, the seedless jam itself for the lazy:
Juicer Steba E160 Juicer Steba E160
And the seeds of raspberries and red currants were separately dried in a Rommelsbacher dryer to obtain aromatic fiber. It seems to be specially created for this:
Juicer Steba E160 Juicer Steba E160 Juicer Steba E160
An excellent addition to yoghurt, casseroles, baked goods.
I also made a raspberry concentrate. From 1 kg of raspberries, I got 750 ml of puree juice. I added sugar and citric acid to the twisted juice-puree, heated to a boil and poured into bottles. It can be used as a concentrate for making nectar, as a syrup for impregnating a biscuit, as an additive in baked goods.

And this year I have just heaps of cucumbers and zucchini. So that the good does not go to waste, I also make juices from them. What? All the same, you need to drink juice every day, but here everything is there. I made juice with an apple and additives - mint, anise, spices. Sugar was added at the rate of 150 g per 1 liter of juice. He heated to a boil and poured into sterilized bottles. Juice cucumber + apple + mint + chili was especially tasty.
Here is the apple and cinnamon squash juice:

And this is the juice from a cucumber with an apple, with the addition of mint and chili:

The pomace was used for pancakes, a granola bar and for "sweet preparation".
Borisyonok
Linadoc, Linochka!
But my love has not grown together with this juicer!
First, during the "cleaning", a plastic phone flew off from the bottom, which removes the blocking ... then a metal separator flew out of the neck ... and then it completely stopped talking! I wanted to change it, but where I took it - they are not available now ... now I sit and cry!
Linadoc
Elena, very strange! I squeeze juice almost on an industrial scale and everything is in place. She just fell silent because of this lock button. See if she’s wrung out. Then it needs to be pressed with something and everything will work. And what kind of separator flew off? I cut one myself, in the neck, it interfered, everything got stuck there. I do a lot, just 5-6 liters.
Borisyonok
Linadoc, a piece of iron flew off in the neck, triangular ... and the juicer began to shake a little when laying fruit.
And so I really liked it ... squeezes out great.

Only here on Ozone they ended and there is a possibility that they will no longer be. I'll try to take it to the service center, maybe they will repair it there. Although this is problematic in time, and the husband will have to be involved - it will be hard to drag her to Moscow from her dacha.
