Tomato salsa with coriander

Ingredients

Green onion heads 3 pcs
Fresh chili peppers (not used) 1 PC
Fresh coriander (leaves) 1 \ 2 bundles
Fresh mint (leaves) 4 twigs
Salt, freshly ground pepper taste
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Juice 1 \ 2 (not used) lemon
Juice 1/4 lime (not used)
Tomatoes 0.5KG

Cooking method

  • Pepper to clear of seeds.
  • Finely chop all ingredients (except lime and lemon). Jamie recommends doing this on a large board, starting with the greens so that all the flavors mix. I did it with such a knife:
  • Tomato salsa with coriander
  • Very convenient, although the size of the board is too small to chop all the ingredients. Chop sequentially: green onions, coriander, mint, pepper, tomatoes.
  • Mix all chopped ingredients, season, pour over with lemon and lime juice.
