Garlic 1 tooth

Cooking method

  • Wash the tomatoes (I have a mixture of large-fruited and cherry), peel them (this is convenient to do by cutting their butts and pouring boiling water for a couple of minutes), place them together with chopped onions and sun-dried tomatoes in a blender bowl and chop them in puree
  • Cold tomato soup with arugula pesto
  • Combine mashed potatoes with broth, salt and pepper, add paprika and bring to a boil. After that, cool the soup in the refrigerator, and at this time prepare the pesto. Thoroughly chop the washed and dried arugula with a processor or in a mortar with garlic and nuts and add Parmesan and butter, beat everything together until smooth. Salt to taste.
