Buckwheat soup with bell pepper and celery in a multicooker Steba DD2

Ingredients

Homemade beef stew 350 g
Bulb onions 2 average
Carrot 1 average
Potatoes 2 small.
Bell pepper 2 pcs.
Celery stalk 2 stems
Buckwheat 1 mstk
Tomato paste 25% 2-3 st. l.
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) half a bunch
Fresh garlic 2-3 prongs
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • This soup is so aromatic! And it tastes like stuffed pepper sauce. How could I resist and not come running to you?
  • It is prepared, of course, very quickly and easily (if homemade stew is available).
  • Take a "stainless steel" pan, pour oil into it and turn on the Fry. Throw in the onion, chopped as you like, and fry it until golden brown. Then add the tomato paste, stir everything well and fry for another minute, no more. Turn off the frying and, so that nothing burns out, fill the frying with a small amount of boiling water.
  • Then we throw the washed buckwheat, stew and all the other ingredients, cut the way you like, into the pan. I cut into small cubes. We do not put only herbs and garlic.
  • Fill the whole thing with boiling water to the mark of 3-3.5 liters, turn on the Soup mode, pressure 0.7, for 5 minutes.
  • Then I waited until the temperature dropped to 95C and blew off the rest of the steam.
  • Now we straighten the taste with salt, you can add freshly ground pepper (I have a mixture of "4 peppers"), and put herbs and finely chopped garlic into the soup. Stir, cover obliquely with a lid and let stand without heating for 5 minutes. All.
  • Bon appetit to you all!

Lenus, well, finally be stunned. Again a grub in the night! And so delicious. Sumptuously. Thank you!!!
Elena Tim
Thank you, Galyunechka!
But this time I did not choose the time on purpose, of course!
This is not a fried chicken that will dream!
But the soup turned out really cool, so I galloped when I could. And then again ... the night crept up unnoticed.
Umka
Elena Tim, Helen, and at what point do you put the stew in the soup ???
Elena Tim
And immediately along with all other products.
What to add?
Elena Tim
Umka19,
Completed, Lyud.
And then really rubbish turned out.

Lena, your pictures are awesome. I don't like the first one, but after your recipes I started to cook. Already cooked with a wave. Now with buckwheat. I never cooked soup with buckwheat. Now I have to
Elena Tim
kirch,
Lyudochka, thanks!
You know, before, while still living in Tashkent, we often cooked such soups, but in Moscow for some reason it is very, very rare, just like pasta soup, which I once simply adored, but now I don’t cook.
I would have completely forgotten about buckwheat soup if during the last Great Lent our Omelka had not laid out the recipe for lean pickle with buckwheat. I cooked it (albeit with giblets) and remembered the same taste from childhood.
Now I won't forget.
Umka
Elena Tim, Helen, this is how I will see your night masterpieces, so the thought immediately pops up of the need to buy Steba ... And the great HOTSTSUUUHHA wakes up again
Yaso4ka
Delicious! And most importantly, this is the right time for soup - 5 minutes !!! And then I did 15 minutes a lot))

Yaso4ka, Thank you!
Indeed, it makes no sense to cook for more than five minutes. Is that with some "long-playing" croup - then, yes, and so - no. What did you say?
Umka
Shaw, still not there?
Believe it or not, I have never had magic pots at all ... I did not see the need for them, and now I am gone
P.S. Nothing that on YOU ???

The soup, of course, is unpretentious, but unexpectedly tasty. I'm talking about pepper in its composition.

I would be glad if it comes in handy, Irin.

It will come in handy, do not even hesitate, with the acquisition of cartoons I taught my family to sweets, and here on the recipe forum ...
Mikhaska
Exceptionally nice Supetsky, Linen! In my repertoire there is a soup with buckwheat, the so-called. "Minersky". Not bad too. But, yours is much richer in taste and brighter. I will definitely try how my peppers will go. The shops are already pretty tired.
Thanks for the wonderful recipe, druh!
Elena Tim
Irishka, thanks for taxiing! I am very pleased!
We've already got some good thin peppers, so I'm shoving it anywhere.
We must also make "meatballs a la stuffed peppers". With such a pepper - finally fly away!
FSE, I want to eat!
Mikhaska
Oh-oh-oh-oh! Not that I'm sure, but even convinced that it will be fffkuuusnoooo! Well, you get ready, and I, in any way, hobble on your meatballs!
Elena Tim
Duc has zhezh in my recipes, in the Bork multicooker.
Or are you hoping to visit me for meatballs?
Mikhaska
A-ah-ah! In a multicookerBorkvmultiv archBork! I'm no longer a goat to ride according to recipes, like on someone else's cabbage field. Here, she suggested, and let your health be spared, good girl!
Aha! To visit you ... I hobble until you, your meatballs are mummified, however ...
Elena Tim
Yes, I tried to throw a link to the recipe from the tablet, but as always, it started, well, I spat on this business. But if you are too lazy to search, but you need to, then I'll throw those exiles from the laptop, okay? Whistle current.

Elena Tim
It doesn't matter what to cook in ... The main thing is to like the combination of products.
Irina, thanks for unsubscribing, I am very pleased!
Irina.A
We like the combination, "Miner's soup" is our favorite, and here's another one with buckwheat
Elena Tim
Oops! And you have it "Minersky"?
And why? Is it because of buckwheat, chtol, is it called that?
Irina.A
I don't know, it was a very long time ago, when I bought my first slow cooker and was looking for recipes for it. I won't even say where I found it, I don't remember, my husband opened it, collected a book of recipes and used it. (My rated the soup on)

Well, this is the most important thing! I am very glad!
Mikhaska
Yeah, Linen, because of buckwheat. I have lived most of my life in a mining area. And his mother-in-law taught me how to cook. She said that it was so called because de, miners come out of the ground grimy. And buckwheat is also grimy ...
