Water (boiling water) 300 ml
Chicken dry broth 3/4 tsp

Fresh tomato 1 PC.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Cheese 1 tbsp. l.
Green onion 2 feathers
Basil (fresh) 5 leaves
Garlic 1 tooth.

Cooking method

  • There is a Lenochka Elven recipe "Lithuanian tomato soup" on the site, and it is also with buckwheat. But, the ingredients, serving and the process itself are slightly different, and this soup is served cold. Therefore, I would venture to offer it for you. If you think it is the same, then I ask you to delete this recipe.
  • I cooked this soup in a multicooker, having previously made frying in it, very convenient!
  • On the "Frying" mode, fry finely chopped onions, pouring in vegetable oil, until transparent. Then turn off the "Fry". Put the washed buckwheat, dry broth and pour in boiling water. Turn on soup mode 25 minutes Cold tomato soup with buckwheat
  • While the soup is cooking, prepare the dressing. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop green onions, garlic and basil Cold tomato soup with buckwheat, mix with sour cream - the dressing is ready. Add salt as needed, taking into account the salinity of the cheese. Put in the refrigerator by transferring to a container with a lid or tightening food on top. with a film so as not to weather.
  • 5 minutes before the soup is ready, pour tomato juice into it and cook until the end of the program Cold tomato soup with buckwheat... I didn’t add salt. as chicken broth and tomato juice already contain salt. Cool the finished soup at room temperature, then refrigerate.
  • Cut the tomato into small pieces before serving.
  • Pour half of the soup into a plate, put half the chopped tomato and half the dressing, since these ingredients are given for 2 servings.

Well, yes, then all tomato soups are the same. And in general, completely different dishes are obtained from the same ingredients. And here you have cheese and delicious herbs. And I only have pickled cucumbers

Honestly, well, I would not be offended at all if someone posted the recipe just like mine. I never claim authorship and am not going to attackeverything was invented before us... Itself how many times I got to the fact that on the forum there are a bunch of exactly the same recipes, only with a different name
