Cooking method

  • Pour water into a saucepan (8 l), pour salt, peeled and coarsely chopped garlic, pepper, dill (do not cut). Boil.
  • Place the fish in a saucepan (the fish must be completely covered with water). Boil after boiling for 20 minutes.

The fish is juicy and aromatic. Even those who do not eat river fish in principle ate !!! The photo certainly does not shine, but there was no time to expose the nature, the people demanded food.
