Portioned clafoutis with strawberries

Ingredients

Strawberry 150 g
Milk 150 ml
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 40 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Starch 0.5 tbsp. l.
Flour 0.5 tbsp. l.
Powdered sugar (cinnamon) for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • Cut the strawberries in half, arrange them in tins and sprinkle with sugar on top - 1 tsp each. into each mold. Beat eggs lightly with the rest of the sugar, adding vanilla sugar, starch, flour and milk. Fill the strawberries with the milk-egg mixture and send the molds to the heated to 180about oven for thirty minutes. Sprinkle the cooled dessert with icing sugar or cinnamon or garnish as desired.
