Warm oatmeal salad with kelp and asparagus beans - heart to help

Ingredients

Whole oat groats 6 tbsp. l.
Water 1 l + 50 ml
Dried shredded kelp 1 tsp
Asparagus beans 200 g
Adyghe cheese (feta cheese) 60 g
Fresh large tomato 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. l.
Mustard ready 1-2 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Oh, this one terrible heat!
  • To help our hearts in the heat, we must enrich our food with potassium. It is found in abundance in legumes, seaweed, and also in oatmeal. We fill our dish with vegetable oil. Olive is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins A and E, which protect the myocardium from free radicals. Fragrant sunflower is no less useful.
  • Pour 50 ml of cold boiled water into kelp and leave to swell for a couple of hours.

  • Pour the groats with a liter of water and cook until tender (without salt). To prevent the foam from escaping, you need to take a larger saucepan. The process will take 40-45 minutes.
  • At the same time, we bring the beans to readiness in any way convenient for you - in the microwave, steamed, in a pan, adding a little oat broth or others.
  • Strain the finished oatmeal through a sieve (do not pour the broth, it will go for a healthy drink) and return it to the pan, add the kelp along with the infusion, add some salt. Put the diced tomato here. Mix and place the pan on a warm stove for now.
  • For the sauce, carefully mix the vegetable oil, mustard, lemon juice and a few tablespoons of oat broth. Mix half the sauce with the beans, half with the oatmeal.
  • To serve on a dish, put oatmeal, seasoned beans on it, sprinkle with crumbled cheese and parsley.

Note

There is enough salad for four people to eat.
What kelp gives. In this salad, she plays the role of seasoning, since there is not much of it. After soaking in water, it does not need additional heat treatment, the taste is salty, and the aroma is pronounced sea (iodine). After combining all the products, this aroma is present in the salad only as a light piquant aftertaste.
If there is no pharmacy nearby, or there is no kelp, you can add canned seaweed to the salad, but no more than 1/3 can. And the sauce will have to be adjusted to taste. But I strongly advise you to try with dried.

Let me remind you that we have this salad for the second, but for the first was

My. I left it on purpose, it seemed that it revives the "landscape" a little.

Irish, in fact, it turned out tasty and satisfying (of course, you have to work with your jaws).
For me, pharmacy kelp has become discovery... I bought it for another purpose, but tested it here. Now I will exploit in all kinds of options, definitely!
