Ingredients

Water 404 - 409 gr.
Wheat flour 400 gr.
Buckwheat flour 95 gr.
Rye flour 60 gr.
Salt 12 gr.
Sugar 12 gr.
Coriander (ground) 3.5 gr.
Vegetable oil 2.7 tbsp. lies.
Yeast 1.2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Load all ingredients into the bread maker according to the instructions. I take coriander in grains, and grind it in a mortar. I measure the oil with a regular tablespoon. Set 1 (main program) for wheat bread, weight 1 kg, crust - dark (but another one is possible if desired).
  • I use wheat flour for general use Stary Oskolskaya - "Ladushka", buckwheat flour - from the Petersburg Mill Plant - "Kudesnitsa", rye - bakery, peeled from the trade house "Yarmarka" (Republic of Karelia)
