Ice cream with strawberry cream (mixer)

Ingredients

Strawberry cream
fresh strawberries (frozen) 200 grams
egg 1 piece
sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
starch 2 tsp
Ice cream
country milk 300 grams
strawberry cream whole
yolk 3 pieces
egg 2 pieces
sugar 170 gram
country cream (high fat content) 500 grams
mint 2-3 twigs

Cooking method

  • Strawberry cream
  • We puree the strawberries.
  • Wipe through a sieve (I did not rub)
  • Mix the starch with the sugar, add the egg, mix with the strawberry puree.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat with constant stirring until thickened.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Ice cream
  • Beat the yolks and eggs with sugar until the volume increases two to three times.
  • Boil milk with mint.
  • Pour into the egg mixture in a thin stream with constant whisk.
  • Pour into a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil while stirring constantly over low heat.
  • Cool completely.
  • Add cream and cream to the cooled mixture.
  • Mix briefly with a mixer.
  • Cover and place in the freezer.
  • Stir 4-5 times with a mixer every 30-40 minutes.
  • Leave until completely solidified.

Note

For the cream I took the basis here... This cream (no cream) tolerates freezing well (tested). You can prepare for the winter for future use. I recommend both cream and ice cream.
