soda 2/3 tsp
sugar 100 g
egg 1-2 pcs
salt 1 \ 2 tsp
flour 2 st
sour cream (optional) 100 g

Cooking method

  • Here is a good magic dough - a cheesy dough. Recently I often use it, any filling.
  • Daughters like boiled condensed milk (I buy ready-made), and my husband's orange filling (pass 1 large orange through a meat grinder or food processor + 1/2 cup sugar).
  • Dough: mix soft margarine with sugar in a bowl, add cottage cheese, egg, soda, salt, you can also sour cream + flour. I honestly put flour on the eye, knead not a tough dough.
  • I bake in an electric frying pan "Miracle".
  • I roll out 3/4 of the part, put it in a greased container, lay out the filling and on top with the remaining dough.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Very tender and delicious pies are obtained! The volume is large enough, enough for a large family)

Gulya, the pies are wonderful. And I always add citric acid to any dough where there is soda (I strongly feel the soda in the dough, and so the taste of soda is almost not felt). I adore any kind of curd dough. Practically according to this layout (only cottage cheese 300-400 gr. + Citric acid) I often bake just a cake in an electric frying pan, then I cut it like a liver - it tastes like cheese cakes (you can eat it with sour cream. And with the filling, the curd pie is a good idea. And love with an electric frying pan, you get mutual.

Ludmila in this recipe it makes no sense to add citric acid (Gulya I wrote above), because when sour cream is added, the soda is extinguished and the fermented milk curd will also work. There will be no soda taste.
