Daikon and carrot bells with shrimps

Ingredients

Daikon small 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Boiled peeled shrimps 200 g
Bulb onions 0.5 pcs.
Refueling:
Natural yoghurt 2 tbsp. l.
Lime juice 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard 1 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Olives, cucumbers of St. for decoration

Cooking method

  • Cut out blanks of bells from daikon and carrots, it is convenient to do this with a "sharpener" for large vegetables.
  • Daikon and carrot bells with shrimps
  • For the filling, finely chop the shrimps and onions, add a little grated daikon to them and season with a sauce made from yogurt mixed with lime juice, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Arrange the filling among the flowers, garnish with chopped olives and cucumbers and - bon appetit!
