Heh from zucchini

Ingredients

zucchini 500gr
carrot 1 PC
bulb onions 1 large or 2 medium
bell pepper 1 PC
vinegar, salt, sugar taste
garlic 2 cloves
vegetable oil 20gr.
cilantro greens, onion feathers

Cooking method

  • Zucchini is better to take young, with a thin skin. Cut them into thin slices. Pour boiling water over and leave them for 2-3 minutes, drain in a colander.
  • Grate carrots for Korean carrots, lightly salt and add a little vinegar. Mix well, mash with your hand and let it brew.
  • Cut the onions in half rings. Mix half with the remaining vinegar. And fry the other half until transparent. When the onion is ready, add the bell pepper cut into strips to it. We are waiting for the pepper to soften and remove from the heat.
  • Mix all ingredients in a cup, add garlic, herbs, salt. You can have a little sugar. We put it in the refrigerator so that our vegetables make friends and infuse. Better to try the next day.
