Roman ciabatta in Brand 6050 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Flour 380 g
Dry yeast 2 g
Salt 1 tsp
Water 290 + 10 ml.
Olive oil, marjoram

Cooking method

  • Roman ciabatta in Brand 6050 pressure cooker
  • Mix flour (340 - wheat + 40 whole-ground green buckwheat) with salt and yeast, marjoram, put in a bucket of HP, fill with cold water, put on a kneading program. Perhaps this amount of dough for a bucket of a bread machine will not be enough, so we help knead in the corners with a silicone spatula. Add water if necessary.
  • 15 minutes of mixing will be enough.
  • Then we take out the dough from the bucket of the bread machine, put it on the board, gently stretch it with olive oil, fold it in an envelope, put it in the bowl of the pressure cooker. We leave overnight at room temperature.
  • In the morning we take the dough out of the bowl, stretch it again with olive oil on the board, fold it in an envelope, roll it into a ball.
  • Grease the bowl with oil. We put our loaf, leave it for proofing - 1 hour. Then put the "Baking" for 50 minutes with the valve open, then leave it for another 30 minutes in the bowl.
  • The product is well baked, but the top is pale, as always. My husband respects a golden brown crust, so I had to brown it in the oven - 10 minutes.

What a cutaway !!! It's great with tomato salad and soak in a liquid!
We must do it! Olya, thanks!

Tanyulya, Tanya, thank you for your rating too! There are so many recipes for this simple bread on the forum!
I chose the simplest option for myself - so that without heating the oven, without spraying it, without baking stones, etc.

my husband really liked the bread.

MariV, Olya, what an openwork bread, straight lace!
And cooking is not difficult, thanks, I took it in!

Olga, thanks for the recipe! Can you just bake such bread in a bread machine? To be honest, I don't understand what is the difference between baking in a bread maker and in a multicooker. Is it possible in the oven too? And in the miracle oven?
Painfully, I liked your recipe, I am trying to understand how it is easier to implement it.

Olya! The bread looks amazing - I can't believe it's made in MV.
And I haven't baked anything in it for a long time ... It's time to return to MV again - it's hot in the yard!

Tumanchik, Ira, is that how I sow? Roman ciabatta in Brand 6050 pressure cooker

Marina, I turned on the oven for this roll only because my husband loves a golden brown crust. And if only for myself, then it would be quite fine with the pale one. Everything was baked in a pressure cooker. I like pastries at 6050. It's too early to send them to stock.

I bake this ciabatta every other day. This one was baked in a slow cooker. Fried the top for 15 minutes in the oven, with the top heating.
I am very happy with this regime - kneading - stretching - in a cold bowl for baking - in a cold oven for 15 minutes.

And I liked the recipe! I put it on the tincture, I'll unsubscribe tomorrow, I liked the holes in the bread so much! True, in HP, he gets upset with me. In the morning there is no time to walk around with a tambourine. We also love the crust, so we could brown the air grill cover, but then you won't get to work on time. I am afraid of one thing, now we have 19-30, the morning will start with a warm-up at 6-20, no matter how sour the dough ... Our heat is 38 in the afternoon. Hurghada is resting ... Condor in the room, in the smithy all 40, probably ...

MariV, Olya, save me! What can replace "+40 whole-ground green buckwheat" ?? Or is it a completely different story?
MariV
Chardonnay, Easy! 40 g of ordinary wheat flour.

Nikollete, simple and easy!
