Ingredients

unsweetened yogurt 500 ml
cucumber 2 pcs
bulb onions 1 PC
raisins 50 g
walnuts 50 g
water 200 g
greens, salt, sugar

Cooking method

  • Ab Dukh Hiyar means cucumber yoghurt soup.
  • Ab Dukh HiyarPeel the cucumbers and chop finely. finely chop the onion.
    Ab Dukh HiyarSoak the raisins in water for 30 minutes.
    Ab Dukh HiyarI used my yoghurt made with Vivo Acidolact sourdough.
  • Ab Dukh HiyarAdd cucumber and onion to the yogurt.
    Ab Dukh HiyarFinely chop the greens. Chop the nuts
  • We add all products to the soup. Cool and serve with lavash pieces. If someone is very thick, then you can dilute with water.
