Ingredients

Sponge cake:

Vanilla taste

Flour 160 g
Layer cake:

Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Cream:
Butter 250 g
Condensed milk boiled 380 g

Cooking method

  • Layer cake:
  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Grind any nuts.
  • Cut the dates into strips.
  • Stir in flour, dates and nuts.
  • Beat the whites until firm peaks, gradually adding sugar.
  • Gently add dry ingredients using a spatula, using a folding method.
  • Cover the form with paper (I grease it with margarine).
  • Lay out the protein dough.
  • Bake at 120-130 degrees for 2.5-3 hours.
  • The cake will look soft. It will dry out on cooling.
  • Sponge cake:
  • Beat eggs with sugar and salt until they increase in volume by 3 times.
  • The mixture is ready if it doesn't fall off your finger.
  • Add flour gradually.
  • I interfere with it with my hands, spreading my fingers like a rake.
  • If you do not want to use this method, then carefully add the flour and mix with the SHOVEL by folding.
  • Cover the baking dish with baking paper, grease the sides.
  • Bake at 170-180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Cream:
  • Very well melted, beat the butter with a mixer until white.
  • Add condensed milk gradually.
  • The cream can be flavored with vanilla or cognac.
  • Assembly:
  • Cut the sponge cake into two layers.
  • Sponge cake, cream.
  • Protein cake, cream.
  • Sponge cake, cream.
  • Grease the sides with cream.
  • To decorate or not is up to you.
  • The cakes can be soaked in syrup. I didn't soak. The cake was not dry.
  • Let the cake stand for a couple of hours, but night is better. We cut and enjoy.
