Oat soup with reluge radish

Ingredients

Hercules 1 glass
Radish with tops 10 pieces.
Green onions small bundle
Sour cream, salt, pepper optional

Cooking method

  • Pour hercules with two liters of water, boil until tender, add well-washed and finely chopped radishes with tops and green onions, salt, pepper and bring to a boil again. Turn off heat, cover and cool. Serve with sour cream and green onions. Bon Appetit!
