Cooking method

  • Zucchini washed, cut in half and got 6 boats. With a spoon, removed all the pulp and grated it. I washed, peeled and chopped the carrots on a fine grater. Slightly simmered carrots in a frying pan (to soften). Mixed minced chicken and grated zucchini pulp, salted. Stuffed with minced zucchini. She rubbed the cheese, added carrots, mayonnaise and mixed. I put the cheese and carrot mixture on top of the minced meat. At the bottom of the saucepan, I poured a little water, about 100 ml. I put 3 boats down, then put the holder and 3 more boats on it. That's all. Vegetables program, time 5 minutes, pressure 0.7. As she squeaked, I waited until the pressure dropped and you could eat.
