Watermelon sorbet with forget-me-nots

Ingredients

watermelon pulp without seeds 500 g
sugar 200 g
juice of one lemon
sparkling wine 100 ml
mint
candied flowers for serving

Cooking method

  • I associate watermelon with the middle of summer - with the very heat! And, of course, with life-giving moisture.
  • In our youth, we cooked a watermelon punch - it turned out a kind of sangria.
  • I already have watermelon drinks, it remains to make a sorbet.
  • Pour sugar with 1 glass of water, add lemon juice and cook the syrup for 3 minutes. We cool it down.
  • Grind the watermelon pulp in a blender, add syrup and sparkling wine. Whisk in a blender for 3 minutes.
  • Put it in a container and put it in the freezer for 3 hours (stir every 30 minutes) or cook in an ice cream maker.
  • For serving, I have prepared candied flowers: forget-me-nots and awl-shaped phlox - they are very harmoniously combined with sorbet in color.
  • Once upon a time our Kubanochki a recipe for candied flowers appeared - the idea was from there (and everything around it blooms!). Candy mint didn't work out very well! Maybe you can do better.

  • Sorbet has a very delicate texture. Juicy, tasty and cool!
  • For us girls, the watermelon has another gift. On its basis, a miraculous lotion is prepared, which relieves irritation and flaking of the skin, cleanses it, and also tones it.
  • LOTION
  • watermelon juice - 200ml;
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Combine all ingredients, strain and mix with vodka (100 ml).
  • Wipe your face daily and rinse off with water after 1 hour.
  • Keep refrigerated.
  • It is very helpful to wipe your face with frozen watermelon cubes.
  • Now we will all definitely be the most beautiful!
