  • At the request of Irishka Tumanchik and for my beloved baby Alki and for all lovers of small Swedish meatballs.

  • • Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until golden brown (wrapped)

  • • Put the fried onions, potatoes, soaked crackers, an egg in a bowl with minced meat, salt and pepper and knead the minced meat very well.

  • Pour water or meat broth into a saucepan, boil, add cream, soy sauce, pepper, warm up and thicken with flour. Stir the sauce well and pour into the gravy boat.

  • Swedish meatballs
  • We didn’t have a side dish, but with two sauces.
  • In the creamy one, I added a little dried chanterelle crushed into powder. The sauce turned out to be amazing.
  • Bon appetit, everyone!
  • Thanks for the recipe Ira Ikra and Nadezhda selena.

The dish is designed for

30-40 pieces 4 servings

Time for preparing:

40-45min.

Cooking program:

plate

Note

This time I cooked half the portion.
The meatballs are very tender and fragrant. This is not the first time I have cooked them. They stayed on the second day. They are also very good when cold, but simply delicious when warmed up in a creamy sauce.

The very ones that are prepared at IKEA

M-dya? And can you learn more about drying chanterelle? Can I cook them in an electric dryer? And then I also wanted a divine aroma ...
notglass
Flax, I don’t have a dryer, while my head is in my dreams. I'm all rushing between smart and beautiful. I want Orson.
Dried in the oven at 60 degrees. We had zeros in the forest that year. They brought a handful of mushrooms of every creature in pairs. Neither here nor there. They dried everything. And then I wanted a red-haired color for the entourage. I fell, and the smell mmmmmm .....
Elena Tim
Anyut, how long did you dry it, don't you remember, by chance?
Tumanchik
Annushka, my golden one! Thank you! Pleased! Tomorrow I will do it and report back!

Yes, even with dedication ...: girl_love: I will definitely send Alka greetings from you. I will say that this is a present from Aunt Anya. Thank you dear, I was already moved ...

Anyut, and how much time did you dry,
LenusI don't remember, honestly. But they are lamellar, dry quickly. There were also about 12-15 mushrooms. On convection 1 hour maximum. almost took out the nails. But it was very dry in the forest too.

Ksyusha, always welcome and health! I myself did not expect that such tasty treats would turn out. after all, in fact - ordinary tiddly meatballs. Now I understand Carlson.

Tumanchik, do-do, feed our glorious sun.

How I want to see him again. Nice little sun.

Tumanchik, if you had not encouraged and Ira Ikra had not supported, I would not have dared. You posted the link to the recipe, but I became curious, so I tried it, but did not dare to post it. So thank you all for pushing me to post.

butter 4-5 tbsp. l.

Anya, I understand correctly, it is in this amount of oil (60-75 gr.) that we fry our onion?

I would have cost one teaspoon for such an amount of onion (2.5 tbsp. L.), Well, if you need it, then you need it ...

notglass
Kroshik, in the recipe just like that. But I also took less oil, cut it off "by eye". Minced meat is different for everyone. I took not very lean pork and a slice of beef without a single fat, and if the minced meat is too fat, then less oil is needed. Otherwise, in general, fat will turn out, as in my opinion.
It is important there that the meatball is very tender and juicy.

Thank you for your reply, Anya !!!

Minced meat is already mixed up, waiting for me in the refrigerator ...

I, by the way, are Swedish meatballs, a la Ikea), I've been cooking for four years, but according to a different recipe) ...

Today I'll try it your way ...

notglass
Innus, to be honest, I have never eaten them in Ikea, because I have never been there. We don’t have it, but to go to Moscow, it’s better to shoot yourself. I took Selena's recipe from Ikeevsky prospect. Apparently, there are as many recipes as Ikei.

I, frankly, have never eaten them in Ikea, because I have never been there

Anya, I didn't eat them either ...

I will say more, even my husband and daughter (they are omnivores, unlike me) have never tried them either ...

Although we visit Ikea, I will not say that we are frequent guests there, but still ...

Yesterday's meatballs liked all my very, very much !!!

Served without sauce, with Chuchelkin Stolovsky fresh cabbage salad ...

And therefore, I will alternate the recipe of your meatballs to my existing one!

Thank you, Anya , that's just a big human thanks from all my family !!!

notglass
Crochet, Innusya! What a joy I am, it was good for you! Good health to your whole family!

: D brought me thanks ... for the idea)) meatballs in this form, unfortunately ... but slightly modernizing the recipe .... in general, instead of onions I rubbed boiled carrots ... the minced meat was pork with turkey ... instead of cream milk ... added dill for the entourage ... the minced meat turned out to be thin, so I put it in muffin tins and in a cartoon, cooked it for a couple of hours ... tasty, tender ... who would have thought that do you need to put crushed potatoes there?) ... thanks to your recipe, finally, I ate deliciously and without prejudice to my health))

Note to a lazy hostess Oven 200 degrees 15 minutes)))
