Sea bass pâté on bread

Ingredients

Hot smoked sea bass 1 PC.
Boiled egg 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 0.5 pcs.
Natural yoghurt (no additives) 100 g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp. l.
Dill 1 branch
Parsley 1 branch
Salt pepper taste
Lettuce leaves
Green onion
Bread

Cooking method

  • Dismantle the perch into fillets and put them in a blender bowl.
  • Add eggs, bread crumbs, onions, yoghurt, lemon juice, dill, parsley.
  • Grind to a state of pate. Season with pepper and salt.
  • Spread the finished pate on crispbread, put on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
  • Sea bass pâté on bread
