Note

The pancakes were to our liking, we liked it. And the color is beautiful, green!
While she was baking pancakes, a tune of a children's song was spinning in my head: "A grasshopper was sitting in the grass, he was green ...."
The taste is not pronounced, but the taste of the peas is felt.
A good substitute for wheat bread, pancakes taste like bread and peas.
Bon appetit, everyone!

Oh, how pretty, Tanya, dear ones!
I love peas, but I would never have guessed to use it!
I'm too lazy, but maybe later, if nothing interferes, I steal freshly fermented kefir from Timon and make the same ones.
Rita
Admin, lovely green! Did you get a lot of them?

Tatyana, Admin, and if canned peas from a jar? How much is it then in grams? We have a frozen rarity
Admin

Ksenia, you can try from a can, but the taste will not be the same

We go from the opposite: we decant the liquid, make mashed potatoes from it, and then we add flour and liquid (kefir, eggs) to the desired consistency of the pancake dough.
And so, it is almost impossible to say exactly how much is needed. Pea puree will turn out to be liquid from a can, so all additives will already go to it.

Fresh peas are sold in the supermarket in the frozen food section, in packages already.
