Rye flour 100g.
Water 100g.
For the test:
Refreshed leaven 130gram.
Rye flour 150gram.
Wheat flour 100g.
Salt 1h l.
Sugar 1 st. l. from HP.
Vegetable oil 1 st. l.
Lobe:
Water (for lobe) 130-150ml.
Corn groats 1 st. l.
Barley groats 1 st. l.
Wheat groats 1 st. l.
Sunflower seeds 1 st. l.
pumpkin seeds 1 st. l.
Flax seed 1 st. l.
Water (into dough) 120 ml.

Cooking method

  • The recipe was born on the basis of another bread from AnSamai, (which is "Riga"), but during the preparation process I did not have some of the ingredients, and I got this version.
