Sourdough Banana Bran Bread

Tricia
How beautiful the bread is! You can't take your eyes off, but your hand itself reaches out to grab a piece and screw it with butter and tea!
Does the banana feel strongly? What about sugar? Will the bread go with the sausage?
Omela
Anastasia, Thank you! Banana is not felt at all. The bread is not sweet, it will go with sausage.
Tricia
Fine! The main thing is that it fits the sausage, and the rest is trifles.
I'll try to overfeed my liquid hop yeast into a hop starter and bake. There are wheat germs, I'll buy some bran one of these days. And there the leaven will play, I think.
Omela
Anastasia, good luck!
Marika33
Ksyusha, as always, your bread is simply great!
I took it as a bookmark, every time I bake some brand new bread. But according to any recipe based on hop sourdough, it always turns out lush, tasty and airy.
Thank you very much for the photo and recipe!
Omela
Marish, Here the most important thing is the idea, and everything else is a matter of technology.
NataliARH
Delicious bread, beautiful from all sides (with and without protocol), I lean more and more towards this HP
Omela
NataliARH, Thank you! HP is good, only hands are needed to it anyway.
ninza
Ksyusha, the bread is wonderful! The next one will be your banana. Just cut off my oatmeal with flax. Are these suitable or buy wheat ones?
Omela
Nina, Thank you! Any bran you can. Just the taste will change a little, but not fundamentally.
