Ingredients

flour 600gr
chicken egg 2 pcs
butter 6 tbsp. l
sunflower oil 6 tbsp. l
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tbsp. l
Filling:
chicken breast 400gr
bulb onions 2 pcs.
potatoes (raw) 2 pcs.
ground black pepper 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Sift the flour into a bowl. Add baking powder, salt, sugar. Stir. Make a hole in the flour, drive in two eggs. Melt butter (5 tablespoons), combine with vegetable oil.

  • Cover the dough with a bowl, leave for half an hour to ripen.
  • Now we make the filling: Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Cut the chicken into small cubes. Combine potatoes, onions, meat in a bowl. Season with salt to taste, add black pepper.

  • Divide the dough into 6-8 parts. Roll 2 balls the size of a chicken and quail egg from each part.

  • Roll out large and small balls into flat cakes. Place the filling in the middle of a large flatbread. If desired, put a piece of butter on the filling. Put a small cake on top of the filling. Raise the edges of the bottom cake and connect them, as in the photo.

  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve Elesh hot.
  • P.S. The dough turned out to be very tasty, but the filling is a little bland, I will definitely add butter as in the recipe to the next one (when I was cooking, I just forgot) and a little seasoning that you like. Bon Appetit!!!!
