Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Everything is outrageously simple, and at the same time very tasty!
  • Wash the oranges, squeeze the juice with a juicer. Pour the juice into a jar and close tightly.
  • Withstand the juice for a week (168 hours) at a temperature of 22-25 degrees. I did it in Oursson fermenter. We need anaerobic fermentation (without oxygen). During the first week, our juice will actively ferment and bubble. By the end of the term, fermentation will practically stop.
  • After 168 hours, strain the young wine through two layers of cheesecloth and place the jar in the refrigerator for another week. If you want a semi-sweet wine, add sugar at this stage. I wanted to treat myself to semi-dry so I didn't add sugar.
  • After a week, strain the wine again, pour into bottles, cork and store in the refrigerator. As it turned out, you won't have to store it for a long time, the wine turned out to be fragrant, with a subtle hint of orange, very tasty!
  • Serve over ice.
