Ingredients

for the test:
flour 210gr
sugar (ideally powdered sugar) 50gr
butter 100 g
baking powder 1 / 4h l
salt pinch
egg 1 PC
Cottage cheese filling
cottage cheese 200gr
Egg yolk - (half of the yolk goes into the filling, we dilute the second half of the yolk in 1 tablespoon of warm water - this is to lubricate the top of the juices) 1 PC
sugar 40gr
flour 30gr
sour cream 20gr

Cooking method

  • The dough with cottage cheese turns out to be simply incomparable - the dough is tender, crumbly and remains soft on the second day. In accordance with this GOST, I baked artichokes with cottage cheese for the first time, but I am very pleased with the result. From the enclosed norm of products, 6 large jugs are obtained. But since I baked for a large family, I took food for 2.5 norms. (I got 21)
  • First, we make the filling:
  • Knead the cottage cheese, add sugar, half the yolk, sour cream and mix. Then we introduce flour into the curd mass and stir the whole mass well. We leave it for a while while we make the dough.

  • To prepare the dough:
  • Melt the butter at room temperature until soft, but not liquid. Add sugar, salt, egg to the butter and mix with a mixer. Mix the flour well with baking powder and add portions to the liquid mass, quickly kneading the dough.   • Sprinkle flour on the cutting table. On it, from the resulting lump of dough, we roll out a sausage, which we divide into 6 equal parts. (But since I have a large norm, 21 lumps came out). We roll each part into a circle and squeeze it out into circles, on the half of which we put the curd filling, and cover with the other half, and so we do with all the lumps. We do not pinch the edges of the juicer.

  • Cover the baking dish with a sheet of paper, put the juices at a short distance from each other, grease the top layer and the protruding curd part with the yolk left for this.
  • We put to bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Baking temperature 200 * C.
