Ingredients

milk 1 liter
water 500 ml
sugar 1/2 cup
almond 1 tablespoon
black peppercorns 12 pcs
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
dried watermelon seeds 1 tbsp. the spoon
rose petals 1/4 cup

Cooking method

  • Tandai is a refreshing, cooling, delicious and very healthy drink made from chilled milk with the aroma of almonds and spices. In India, this drink is often prepared for various holidays and festivals.

  • Stir almonds, black peppercorns, watermelon seeds, poppy seeds, and rose petals in a bowl.
