Ingredients

Oat flakes 100 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Dry mix "Provencal herbs" 1h l.
Salt pinch
Butter 100 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Milk 150 g
Soda 1 \ 2h. l.
Vinegar 1 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind the flakes, add milk and leave for 10-15 minutes. If the flakes are quick cooking, then this item can be omitted.
  • Quench the soda in vinegar.
  • Combine all ingredients and knead the dough.
  • Roll out the dough, 3mm thick, cut into strips.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for about 30 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.

True, I had to add a little flour, the dough turned out to be very sticky, not at all for rolling, and I also added caraway seeds (something I got hooked on lately). The first batch was rolled out thinner, the second thicker, I liked both, with coffee mmm. Omelochka, one more time!
