Blanc Manget's original recipe is laborious, and this is already adapted to home cooking.
In our family, this dessert is the most favorite after "Tiramisu".
It goes very well in winter, cooked with frozen strawberries.
Originally - prunes stuffed with walnuts.
It is very tasty to pour over melted chocolate (sprinkle with chocolate chips), nuts.
I do it very often, because it is very tasty, and it takes about 15 minutes.
Today I made 4 bowls with strawberries, and 2 with prunes (because my son does not like prunes)
It is very important to observe proportions in order to get an exquisite combination of sour strawberries (prunes) and delicate sweet sour cream. At the same time, gelatin should not turn it all into a rubber mass.
My proportions are like this:
450g 30% sour cream
0.5 cups sugar
1 tbsp. l. instant gelatin
60 ml water to dissolve gelatin
150g frozen strawberries
12 pcs. stuffed with nuts prunes
60g 70% chocolate
30 ml milk for chocolate icing

And then I do, as Snezhana writes, only I don't chop the strawberries, but I put the frozen ones in the bowls, fill them with a sour cream-gelatin mixture. I put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Then pour it over with chocolate icing (melt the chocolate and milk). You can sprinkle nuts on top.

Now it remains to refrigerate for 4-5 hours. I bet for the night. During this time, the strawberries will melt and let the juice out, and the mass will gel.
