Pouring meat pie in the Princess 115000 pizza maker

Ingredients

large chicken eggs 3 pcs. (210 gr)
sour cream 20% 5 tbsp. l. with a small slide (150 gr)
mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l. with slightly. slide (90 gr)
flour 8 - 11 Art. l. with a medium slide (230 gr)
minced meat raw 700 g
minced raw egg 1 PC.
onion - raw turnip 1 large head
salt 1 tsp in minced meat and 0.5 tsp. in dough
baking powder 2 tsp
black hammer. pepper taste
minced greens optional
kefir about 120 ml

Cooking method

  • 1) Minced raw, mixed from any types of meat, mix with finely chopped raw onions and a raw egg. Salt and pepper to taste. If you wish, you can add fried cabbage, or boiled rice, or a lot of greens to the minced meat. But, then you should reduce the amount of minced meat itself by the amount of additives.
  • 2) Mix eggs with mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper and beat lightly.
  • 3) Pour flour and baking powder into the liquid mixture. Mix everything quickly until smooth.
  • 4) Pour half of the dough into a greased Princess tray.
  • 5) Gently put the filling on the dough without pressing down and pour the rest of the dough on top.
  • 6) Put the uniform in the cold Princess. Cook, covered, 35 - 40 minutes.
  • 7) Disable the princess. Remove the cake pan on the support.
  • After 20 minutes, turn the cake out of the mold onto a suitable dish.

I honestly write that I don't remember at all where I got the dough recipe. I did not find it, (maybe I looked inattentively).

Now I will describe my nuances according to the recipe.
Since the dough turns out to be quite liquid, I was not at all satisfied with the moment that the minced meat, being a rather heavy filling, pressed the bottom layer of the dough. And during baking, juice flowed out of the minced meat into the mold quite violently. Which made the filling in the finished cake not as juicy as everyone expected.
So I started the dough a lot thicker for the bottom layer of the pie. That is, she began to put about 10, and sometimes 11, tbsp into the dough. tablespoons of flour.
2/3 of the thick dough was laid out on the bottom of the mold.
Minced meat went to it. And, I diluted the rest of the thick dough with kefir to the liquid consistency I needed and to an amount suitable in volume to fill in the entire filling.
