Tomato soup with jelly broth

Ingredients

tomato juice 1 liter
chicken bouillon 300 ml
gelatin 5 g
spice

Cooking method

  • Tomato soup with jelly brothCook the broth to your liking. Pour 50 - 100 ml of broth over gelatin, let it swell and heat until dissolved. Pour into the rest of the broth, mix well and pour into a mold covered with cling film or a bag. Remove in the cold until completely solidified.
