Tarragon avocado ice cream

Ingredients

avocado 2 pcs
lime (juice) 2 pcs
sugar syrup 1.5 cups
coconut milk 3/4 cup
tarragon (leaves) 3 twigs

Cooking method

  • Place the leaves from three sprigs of tarragon in a container, pour 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup and knead them in it. Add remaining syrup and set aside. Let it brew, strain after a while.
  • In a food processor, puree the avocado pulp and lime juice.
  • Pour coconut milk and strained syrup into puree. Mix everything well, pour into ice cream molds and freeze.

cup 240 ml
boil sugar syrup in a 1: 1 ratio (water: sugar)

I bought lime at a price of about 14 rubles apiece, it seems to me it is not very expensive. You can make half a serving.
