Radish soup

Ingredients

radish 7-8 pcs
white onion (small) 1 PC
potatoes (small) 1 PC
milk
olive oil
ground pepper (mixture)
salt
parsley

Cooking method

  • Heat oil in a saucepan and add chopped onions, radishes and potatoes.
  • Fry. Add water to cover the vegetables slightly.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat, add salt and pepper, cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Mix the vegetables with a blender until smooth, add milk and heat for another 3-5 minutes.
  • When serving, add parsley, finely chopped radishes and a spoonful of sour cream to each plate (optional).
